Canine Ramp Dog Ramp For Bed Car Foldable Pet Ramp For Cats

My 7yo GSD weighs a little over 100lbs and has been having a difficult time lately getting around due to an old injury from an accident. She is not a young pup anymore and is getting to the point where she needs a little more care than she will ask for. After her accident, I had got her a ramp that seemed fine. When I got it, I set it up in front of the stairs, had her check it out, moved it to rest on one stair so that it wasn't too steep, and she tried it out... No problems. Next, I took it out to my truck and set it up on the step, it fit perfectly there, so that made me really happy. She stepped right up it and got in. Because it is made of solid wood, so this is just for informational purposes as the product is well crafted and works perfectly.

This ramp is great for my 50lb dog. He's 8 yrs old so not yet at the slowing-down age, but I got this ramp to prevent stress on his joints from getting off/on his couch as it's not low to the ground. Since he does bounce around when he's excited, I strapped it to the couch which is an eyesore but I'd rather it not tip over when he hops off/on the ramp with craziness. Of course when walking up and down the ramp it's perfectly stable. I've had it for a few months now and almost expected to see some wear & tear or at least some evidence of him jumping off or on it, but I don't. The wood frame is stable, the carpet and little bumps built in provides grip, and the carpet staples are installed in the divets so they don't stab my dog's feet. The ramp height is adjustable and it folds too so it saves space when storing or transporting. It also isn't heavy which is great since it's both sturdy and light. The latches double for stability and to keep it together when folded. It might not be the best looking ramp out there, but I'd take this one any day over the step-shaped ones as I find this more sturdy and functional.

No issue for the little 7lb puppy.

This is a really nicely assembled ramp. Easy to fold/and unfold for use. Has a nice clasp to keep it open or closed. Very stable. The top has a nice carpeting. Definitely a useful item for my smaller dog,to reach the bed.
