Return Process
1. To be eligible for a return, You'll need proof or order number of purchase from Bravextools. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product prior to return.To start a return, please send us an email at service@bravextools.com
2. If your return is accepted, our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Return the goods
Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
4. Refund or Exchanges
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Note: We will offer you the return address and other details within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Installed Product Returns Policy
Please view the product description carefully or contact us for an accurate answer before purchasing, but we understand that sometimes the product you choose may not be suitable. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, you may return it in the original, unopened packaging within 90 days of receipt for a refund.
If opened, please also make it in the same condition as you received it in the original packaging, unworn or unused, with all parts, labels, and instructions included, we will issue you a full refund.

The fastest way to make an exchange and ensure you get what you want is to proceed with a new order while you wait for the return to be processed. Also, request a return from our customer support team and send the item back to us. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email.
