When I review items, I try to focus on four areas; Packaging, Delivery, Quality, and Functionality.Packaging: These wheel chocks were well packaged and protected during shipping. These items are relatively heavy and survived the trip to me. They used the plastic type styrofoam which isn’t recyclable but much nicer than the old fashioned styrofoam.Delivery: Processing and shipping for this item was very quick. There were no issues with delivery.Quality: These wheel chocks are very heavy duty and comparable to others I have used that cost more. The black finish looks to be very durable and is very consistent.Functionality: As nice as the quality is. I have a set of similar chocks that I use on my 5th wheel travel trailer and selected these for my enclosed car trailer. Before installing them, I ran them through their paces on the bench. They operate very smoothly, and the ratchet assembly worked well. I still feel comfortable recommending them as long as you understand what you are getting.

I like these chocks with the attached tool, but I did run into an issue where the proper placement put the tool handle straight into my side skirts. I installed one upside down to see how it would work that way, and it does. Installed the correct way, you have a handle to hold placement while ratcheting tight. They seem decently solid and gave good pressure on my tires. I haven't spent much time inside to ree if it improves rocking over basic wedge wheel chocks. They do seem pretty lightweight, which always helps in this situation.

Love the design of these, The ratchet mechanism works great, and I really wish these worked for me. I'd imagine if your wheel gap is 12 inches or less, these will work great. They seem to be well made, and come packaged nicely with a pair of cotton gloves. You'll want to put those on immediately since these things are pretty greasy out of the box. Had these worked on my trailer, they would receive 5 stars. When using any kind of trailer, anything that makes the setup and takedown process easier is a plus.
